At eOrders, LLC (“eOrders”), we recognize that our customers’ personally-identifiable information deserves protection. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on www.eOrders.com and/or on any other websites owned or operated by eOrders (collectively, the “Sites”).
On some pages of the Sites, you can order products, make requests or register to receive materials. The types of personally-identifiable information collected on these pages include your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information. eOrders may require that you create a password to ensure that your personally-identifiable information cannot be accessed by others. eOrders recommends that you do not share your password with anyone.
eOrders maintains commercially reasonable safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personally-identifiable information. eOrders uses this information to fulfill your requests for certain products, services and materials, and to contact you about specials and new products. In order to do so, eOrders may disclose certain of your personally-identifiable information to certain third parties, including without limitation, order processing and order fulfillment companies (i.e., the restaurants from which you place your orders), who may in turn disclose this information to banks and credit card processing companies to fill your order. However, eOrders cannot and does not make any guarantees with respect to the actions or policies of such third parties.
eOrders may also provide this personally-identifiable information to its affiliates and others who provide products and services that eOrders believes may be of interest to you. Most of our customers enjoy receiving such material. The Sites offer the ability to “Tell a Friend” that they can order online with restaurants using eOrders. When using this feature, you will be asked to provide your name and email address, as well as the names and email addresses of those you wish to notify. eOrders makes no use of the recipient’s name or email address other than to send such recipient your invitation unless such receipt grants us permission to do otherwise.
You can receive a copy of all personally-identifiable information you have provided to eOrders by emailing or mailing a request for such information. Any updates, changes or corrections to such information should be sent via email to [email protected] or via regular mail to eOrders, 40 Valley View Drive, Langhorne, PA 19053.
eOrders may also collect information about your usage of and movement through the Sites using “cookies” or similar tracking software. This information allows eOrders to develop and customize the Sites to better meet your needs and preferences. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any of your personally-identifiable information while on the Sites. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. If you reject a cookie, you may still use the Sites; however, your use of some areas of the Sites may be limited.
eOrders may amend its Privacy Policy from time to time without advance notice to you. If eOrders decides to use personally-identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, eOrders will notify you by way of an email. You will have a choice as to whether eOrders may use your information in this different manner. Otherwise, eOrders will use all personally-identifiable information only in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect when such information was collected. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, eOrders reserves the right to use your personally-identifiable information in cooperation with any state, local, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any Site content (including personal or private electronic communication transmitted on the Sites) or with respect to purported unlawful activities of any user.
eOrders does not knowingly collect information from children. We ask parents or legal guardians to assist us by supervising the activities of children at the Sites. The Sites are intended for use by adults (over the age of eighteen (18)) only.
This Privacy Policy is for consumers who visit the Sites only. It does not apply to information which eOrders may collect by means other than over the Internet or to businesses which may use the Sites.
